Summary:

• Pegasus is providing healing and integration of trauma in a therapeutic and safe environment. My approach is psychosomatic, systemic, and eclectic. This means that we consider body, mind, and spirit, considering the environment/family system, and use various treatment options. Therapy modalities range from Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy, Art, Play, and Sand Tray Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness approaches. I encourage Yoga, Marital Arts, HeartMath (mindful breathing techniques), and meditation.
